The proposed residential development at 750 Harrison Street is a new, 8-story building with 77 studio residences over ground level commercial space. The building has a modern design with a thoughtful use of materials, details, and color. It also features an articulated massing that treats all sides of the building as primary facades. Renderings of the proposed design are forthcoming.
All of the project's residential units are sunlight filled and efficiently designed studios that maximize the use of their space through thoughtful space planning. The building has a landscaped mid-block courtyard on the second floor and a landscaped roof deck offering terrific views of the City. The large ground level commercial space activates Harrison Street and features large storefront windows a tall (14’+) ceilings.
The building frontage has pedestrian-oriented features including lush plantings and bike parking. Along Rizal Street frontage is the building's garage entry, which will be dedicated to car sharing for residents.
The proposed residential project is located in Eastern South of Market near the Yerba Buena Gardens and the Moscone Center. The neighborhood is close to many downtown amenities and popular San Francisco destinations, such as Union Square and AT&T Park.
The project is in close proximity to neighborhood-serving businesses, such as Whole Foods just a half a block away at the corner of 4th and Harrison. The project is well served by transit and is close to Muni lines, BART and CalTrain. It is also just steps away from the Fourth Street Subway now under construction.
The project is located in the larger Eastern SOMA Plan Area and the site is zoned Mixed Use-Office (MUO), which is intended to encourage office uses and housing, as well as small-scale light industrial and arts activities. Similar type projects have been built and proposed on this block of Harrison.

Notably, Ronaldo performed a "certified historic renovation" of the Baker Hamilton building which is listed on the National Register" and currently the home of Adobe software.
